Anyways, this is the first time in the podcast's history that I've missed a week and I wanted to talk about it. We put a lot of pressure on ourselves as creators. Often times we see others creating work that is so inspiring to us and done an incredibly fast rates that we feel overwhelmed and discouraged. Today I wanted to share my story of how I navigated that feeling and a little bit of encouragement for you to keep doing things your way.

There's nothing harder and more satisfying in life than change. It is both an undeserved gift and a necessary evil. Ciaran has gone through several big changes in his life and it was wonderful to pick his brain about them as I feel very strongly that a season of change is upon me. Great talk!
