  • Ep 001 Welcome to The Thoughtful Leadership!

The Thoughtful Leader with Mindy Gibbins-Klein

EP 001 Welcome to Thoughtful Leadership!

I am so honored to work with and inspire authentic and thoughtful leaders. These are the people who think about consequences, outcomes and risks. They have fears, but do things anyway. They help people. Thoughtful leaders understand people want you to be your best. Their confidence gives other people confidence.

The challenge for a thoughtful leader is to recognize they are good enough, but knowing they need to show up with the intention of being their best.

I am pleased to be sharing what is in my The Thoughtful Leader book and the work we've accomplished in our Above and Beyond conference. I hope you'll find my guests inspiring.

In my debut episode, I'm explaining the homework to start your thoughtful leader path.

    Your assignment:

    · Write two or three things you have accomplished this year.

    · Dedicate a specific time; then make a plan.

    · Get a thinking partner… a coach.

    · Take Action.

Please connect and let me know your accomplishments.
