  • Vision Quest

The “go deeper” section on my website just went deeper!

Yep, I recorded another podcast story, a somatic deep dive that came through during a solo fasting vision quest in the wilderness a few years back. I was lying in a three-point suspension tent, rigged seven feet high among a ring of redwood trees, listening deeply.

I won’t lie… this feels vulnerable to share. But apparently, creatively articulating depths is one of my things… and sharing is part of the assignment here. Feeling lets us move through some of the deeply vaulted patterns held in our systems.

I think of vision quests as ancient technology for accessing the psyche, communicating differently with each of us through our own bodies, histories, and inner landscapes.

This tale is no recipe for anyone else. It’s my telling from the liminal space ~ entertaining, thought-provoking, full of unexpected twists and turns, reaching into my psyche and the collective field in search of the taproot that feeds the multidimensional sovereign self.

Maybe this story reveals a few alchemical nuggets for the times we’re in, for these bodies we are in. Offering a pause in our fast-paced, endlessly multitasking, desensitized world, drawing us into a deeper current and closer to ourselves.

May we feel held in a sacred container, trusting that the way through requires us to feel…

Where are my deep divers at?

    I did a thing…

I am coming out of my Leom closet to share deeper threads that have shaped my life and informed Leom Designs.

It is a story about authentic energy and how daunting yet rewarding it can feel to live from that place.

While I/we simply cannot be everybody's cup of tea, this cup has steeped within me for a long time and wanted to be shared. I wonder who will follow their curiosity into Leom-style storytime.

May it be entertainment, food for thought, and heart for someone.

A cup to sip on this day.
