On this week's episode, Michael talks to Reuben Brewer about his experience buying a home a few months ago in a super hot market.  They discuss how the process took a little longer than Reuben expected, but with the competition on listings, patience was unavoidable.  Since getting his home, he shares how he loves knowing he is reinvesting back into himself via home ownership.  They talk about books they are both reading and things they've learned from them recently.  They also discuss Reuben's lawn care business Kiss My Grass.

On this episode, Michael talks to Dominique Hughes about her experience going from renting a home to buying a home just a week before.  She talks about how she and her four kids were renting a three bedroom home that gave them no privacy; her two girls shared a room, her two boys shared a room, and her bedroom connected to the bathroom that connected to the boys' room.  Now, she owns a home with a bedroom for everyone, and the kids are excited about getting to make their bedrooms their own, always asking her when they can paint their walls.  She discusses how she loves that she is able to create a foundation for her kids now, where they can feel they have a home, and later when they have their own kids, they will have a place to bring them back to.

On this episode, Michael talks to Angela Stewart about her experience buying a home with him in 2019.  She shares how the house they were renting through Section 8 housing was just two small for her whole family, and after a job change, she and her husband became interested in buying their own home.  With Michael's knowledge, they were able to buy a great home with a basement her husband enjoys and a huge master bedroom that she enjoys. 

On this episode, Michael Bounds talks to William and Lisa Marcum about how they went from thinking they couldn't buy a home to moving out of their mobile home and into their dream home.  Lisa shares how because of her battle with breast cancer, she never thought she would get to live comfortably in a home, and she almost still can't believe she is.  She also talks about how having space for a kitchen table is her favorite part of the house because her kids didn't have that communal space growing up in a mobile home, but now her grandkids get to have a place where they all get together at the end of the day and eat, share stories and laugh.
