On this episode, Michael Bounds talks to Brandie Brown about her experience buying a house with him in 2019, then needing to sell and build a new home in 2020.  Brandie bought a home with stairs in 2019, but after getting guardianship of her grandmother who couldn't go up stairs, she needed to find a home that would accommodate her grandmother.  She was able to sell her home for a profit after owning it for just over a year, and started building the perfect home for herself in the process.  As someone who works in healthcare, she talks about how nurses being in higher demand helped her generate even more income this year that helped her with her down payment on her new home.

On this episode, Michael Bounds talks to Chantia Husky about her experience building a new home while she was working full time and going to school to become a medical assistant while raising her 5 kids.  She shares how she saw one of his posts on Facebook and started to think that if she could afford rent, maybe she could afford her own home too.  After talking with Michael, she realized she could, and started looking for the right home.  For a few moments near the end of the process, she got nervous, but Michael and Amy helped push her and give her the confidence to go through with the decision.

On this episode, Tony and Dionne Harvey talk about how they transitioned from renting to buying a home.  They share how frustrated they were getting throwing money away towards someone else's equity without being able to build their own.  They considered buying an existing home, but after living in rentals for a while, they felt like a new home without any problems that could pop up was the right direction for them.  They explain how the biggest hurdle to get over is how hard it feels like building a home will be, but that with the guidance Michael provided, they were able to get exactly what they wanted.
