Marshall Director of Athletics Gerald Harrison is back on The ThunderCast — and there’s a lot to talk about.

Now entering his second year leading Marshall Athletics, Harrison sits down with KD and Rus for a wide-ranging conversation about what’s been accomplished, what’s coming next, and how Marshall continues to evolve in a rapidly changing college athletics landscape.

Gerald breaks down Marshall Athletics’ goal of moving toward a 50/50 funding model, what that number actually means, and where the department sees opportunities for continued growth.
