The Tigers Down Under

A four point week with a hard fought draw with Preston followed up by a win in a different way against Sheffield United meant that City head into the International Break in good spirit and momentum. Leicester and Birmingham will prove a tough test out the other side.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

Watford bounced back from a goal down to underline the inconsistency in City’s current form, but a good opportunity presents with two games in four days against Preston and Sheffield United.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

Southampton weren't much chop for City as we breezed to a 3-1 win against the relegated side. Watford are the opposition this week as City look to put back to back wins together as they face an Aussie gem in Irankunda.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

A last gasp draw against Swansea was well deserved for a team effort that didn't give up at any stage. A point to build on as we welcome a struggling Southampton side to the MKM next weekend.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

Another big defeat against Bristol City where the side proved far too open in defence prior to the International Break has left City with plenty to work on. Swansea City promise to be a testing opponent to put into practice any learnings from the break and reset expectation.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

We're not allowed nice things for long are we? City struggled to come to life against Blackburn Rovers, slumping to a 3-0 defeat, but must regather themselves quickly with a trip to Bristol City the final game before the International Break.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

Time to catch our breath after just the 6 goals scored in two games between Wrexham and Oxford United. A last minute winner from Oli McBurnie (2G2A in two games) after goals from Gelhardt and Crooks (2G in two games). Do we need to re-assess City's ambitions for the season or are we getting a bit carried away? Blackburn coming off three losses to start the season coming up this weekend.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

A solid draw and clean sheet at Coventry marked a positive start to the season as City's new players begin to bed in at the club. A Hollywood match up in the League Cup mid-week will draw attention before an opportunity to get off the mark at home against Oxford on Sunday.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

A new season, another new manager, and plenty of noise off-field as The Tigers Down Under return to preview the season as a whole, and Coventry this coming weekend.________________________________________________Twitter: https://twitter.com/HullCityAFCAusFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/aussi...Instagram: hull.city.aus

The Tigers Down Under crew link up with the boys from To Hull and Back to reflect on the season that was. Selles' and Walter's sackings, disastrous injury records, and a meek finishing position are not what Acun or supporters had in mind for the season, so where do we go from here?
