We’re half-way through the year, which means it’s a good time to give my portfolio a close review. Not every stock has been a winner, but my overall portfolio is doing well thanks to these companies.
Without further ado, here are my biggest winners of the year so far (ranked by percentage gains to date in 2023).
It was such a privilege and pleasure to open 2022 in conversation with my fearless and inspiring second cousin, Equestrian Lily. Hear more about her new hobby, her approach to challenges, and her creative work on YouTube. This young lady is going places!

After the meal, I took a few minutes to chat with my two oldest nieces.

In this episode, I’m continuing an ambitious project called the Legacy Series. What I want to do in these episodes is interview parents, aunts, uncles, and other older individuals who have contributed to my life. I want to get to know them better, hear their stories, and help to preserve their legacies for their families and future generations.
I decided to start this series with my parents, because clearly no two people have had a bigger impact on who I am as a man, a husband, and a step-parent today. I’m honored to be joined here by my mom, Nancy Cavey, who was 68 years old at the time of this recording.
