Today on the Tim DeMoss Show, first up, Dr. Ian Smith, shares about his brand new book, The Met Flex Diet: Burn Better Fuel, Burn More (April 4th, 2023). The book explores how losing weight is not just about burning calories. Our very own Mary Campbell joins us in-studio today on the Tim DeMoss Show. Mary tells of her path to working as an Account Executive at AM 990 WZZD (now WFIL's sister station, Philadelphia's AM 990 The Answer) and her current role as Sr Media Strategist for both 990 WNTP and AM 560 WFIL.

Mary has also served with the National Day of Prayer for 32 years and is currently its Regional Coordinator. She discusses her passion for prayer and the unity of the Church.

Recently Mary was honored by Dave Santrella, CEO of WFIL's parent company (Salem Media Group), with a special certificate commemorating 35 years of service with the stations. In that presentation--and again on the show today--Mary shared meaningful insights from her life, ranging from growing up in a very segregated Alabama to living in such a way that she doesn't leave this world "without the sweetest music being played" as she believes many do.

We start off today's Tim DeMoss Show reflecting on the incredibly entertaining (and in the end, heartbreaking conclusion to the) Super Bowl which saw the Philadelphia Eagles lose 38-35 to the Kansas City Chiefs. We feature multiple clips from key Eagles (see the list below) and announce the "Big Game Survey" contest winners.

Brent McCorkle, co-director of the new movie Jesus Revolution then spends the bulk of the hour discussing the creation of the film, how he approaches his craft, what it was like working with and directing talents like Kelsey Grammer and Jonathan Roumie, and what he hopes audiences take away from Jesus Revolution. McCorkle's first project was Woodlawn, a sports drama based on the true story of Miami Dolphins running back Tony Nathan. McCorkle also co-wrote, co-directed and composed the original score on I Can Only Imagine.

Jesus Revolution releases nationwide on February 24 with a special soft opening in select theatres February 22. The film features Kelsey Grammer (Cheers, Frasier), Jonathan Roumie (The Chosen), Kimberly Williams-Paisley (Father of the Bride, According To Jim), as well as Joel Courtney (who plays Greg Laurie) and Anna Grace Barlow (in the role of Cathe, Greg's wife).
