It's Royal Rumble season and as I get prepared to witness the 2020 Royal Rumble coming at the end of this month, I decide to watch one of my favorite Royal Rumble matches from 2010. (start @ 7:35) I was a wee lad with the hopes of one day becoming a wwe wrestler, so this match takes me back and holds a special place as I also attempt to commentate on the action.

This Christmas I take things solo for the first time on "The Time Machine." Andrew sits down and talks with writer, director, producer actor and Houston native Joe Girsaffi. Joe has directed independent films such as Laughing Boy, Dead of Night, Lars the Emo Kid and Conjoined. In previous episodes, Andrew and former guest Gabe have talked about the Houston Mass Murders and Dean Corll, well Joe took the challenge and played Dean in a movie Called “In a Madmans World” that was filmed in 2013 but has not been released yet. Joe gives reasons why the film is not out and and explains what it was like to play Dean without knowing too much about the man himself, because spoiler alert, Dean died before anybody knew about the murders he committed and there are so many unanswered questions that surround dean and this whole case itself. Joe and Andrew also discuss the new Batman fan film called The Bat that is set to come out soon, in that Joe plays the Joker and he explains talk the difference between playing a fictional murderer and a real murderer and its really interesting what he has to say about that. Joe’s movies are available on Amazon Prime, and Joe also owns a retro arcade called Mr Pixles Arcade that is located at 9110 Jones Road, Suite 135 in Houston. Around the Jersey Village area so go check that out when you get the chance. And if you haven’t, go listen to the episodes about Dean Corll so you can have a sense what is going on because we jump into somethings without much explanation and one would be lost if you didn’t already know what happened.

Tis the season to watch the greatest Christmas movie ever made, at least that's what Andrew and Marc thinks as they watch Merry Christmas Drake and Josh on the 11th anniversary of its release. Its the time to be grateful for many things, including great music. Andrew and Patrick continue their discussion about the best music from the 2010s by discussing what is arguably the best rock album from this decade, "Wasting Light" by the Foo Fighters. They discuss the documentary, "Back and Forth" that showed the making of this album, how they recorded this album in Dave's house and recorded it with analog tape, the conspiracies about Kurt Cobain's "suicide" and of course the awesome Dave Grohl and the other members of the band. Andrew and Patrick go through every song and give their opinions. This is a fantastic album no matter who you are and what your musical preference is. I LOVE THIS RECORD!
