More details are emerging about the devastating Air India crash which killed 260 people last month. Many hoped a 15-page preliminary report would bring closure but instead, it has fuelled ever more speculation.

What we know is that, seconds after take-off, both fuel-control switches on the Boeing Dreamliner were abruptly switched off, causing the fully-loaded plane to fall from the air and crash into a hostel for medical students.

One pilot is heard asking the other why he moved the fuel controls to “cut off.” The other replies that he didn’t.
