Assault or not - Random shootings is nothing new and has been going on for years, but with the wave of more and more people using assault rifles to gun down people, it begs the question....is it really necessary for the general public to be in the possession of assault rifles? How can the laws be changed to protect the rights of those who are responsible with their weapons while at the same time keeping the guns out of the wrong hands?
