This weeks guest is an absolute legend in the world of animation and commercial voice over. It’s two time ACTRA Award nominee, Ron Rubin!
If you’ve been engaging in any animation in the last 3 decades or so, there’s a solid chance that you’ve heard the wildly versatile, Ron Rubin.
In his truly prolific 30 plus years as an actor, Ron has voiced characters for iconic properties like: Care Bears, Sailor Moon, X-Men, Rupert the Bear, Franklin, The Avengers, Beetlejuice, and much much much more.
Along with being an incredible actor, Ron is also a highly sought after teacher and coach and has helped tons of actors get prepared to get behind the microphone and begin their careers as voiceover professionals!
Ron is absolutely a fountain on knowledge and experience and I can’t wait to share our chat with you.
This weeks guest is actor and anime expert, Anthony Sardinha.
You may know Anthony from his work in cartoons like Paw Patrol, or Totally Spies! Maybe you know Anthony from video games like A Hat in Time, or Lost in Random! OR MAYBE, you recognize Anthony from of his abridged anime like, Dragon Ball Z Abridged or Final Fantasy 7: Machinabriged.
Anthony is a passionate and charismatic actor and I can’t wait to share our chat with you!
This weeks guest is actor and director, Richard M. Dumont.
If you’re a fan of video games, you may already be familiar with Richard’s work, he’s lent his voice to characters in Farcry 4 and pretty much all of the Assassins Creed games, including, Assassins Creed 2. Brotherhood, Valhalla, Origins, Liberation, and Rouge remastered.
Richard is also a master of dubbing and has been both acting in and directing dubbing projects for many many years! Chances are, if you’ve watched something that’s been dubbed into English or into French in Canada in the last few decades, Richard has had a hand in it.
Richard is truly one of the kindest, most giving creative people I have ever had the opportunity to work with and I am so excited to share our chat with you!
This weeks guest is a true legend in the VoiceOver business, it’s Mamma VoiceOver herself, Julie Lemieux!
A five-time ACTRA Award nominee, and two time winner, Julie has also been nominated twice for a Canadian Screen Award and won in 2016 for her performance as Dawn Dingledash in Numb Chucks.
She has worked on over 100 animated series and feature films and is one of Canada’s most versatile and highly regarded voice performers.
Julie has voiced a range of iconic characters in animated series and films such as Rupert, Tin Tin, Sailor Moon, Paw Patrol, Max & Ruby, Arthur, True and the Rainbow Kingdom, Care Bears: Journey to Joke-a-lot, Rusty Rivets, Cupcake & Dino, The Nut Job, and The Cat in The Hat.

And if you’re a gamer, chances are, you probably know Ellen from one of your favourite games. You may have received a quest from her or maybe even killed her. She’s voiced characters in Guild Wars 2, Skyrim, Star Wars Uprising, Fallout 4 , Skyforge, Astria Ascending, Starlink: Battle for Atlas, Defense Grid: 2, World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor, Wasteland 2 and Wasteland 3 and a lot more.
