When asked what protesters should do if the verdict is not what they want, Waters urged them to stay on the streets, be more active, more confrontational and make sure those in power know they mean business. She is trying to politically capitalize on tragedy. What she did is closer to inciting a riot than what happened in January at the Capitol.
