On Sunday, Dr. Fauci came out, during the daily press briefings, stating that a new model shows that as many as 1 million Americans could contract the coronavirus and as many as 100,000 people could die. The President has extended the social distancing order another 30 days. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin said relief checks will be sent out in April. Nancy Pelosi claims the President is "fiddling" instead of focusing on the crisis. Chuck Todd asks Joe Biden if the President has "blood on his hands" regarding his response to the coronavirus.

The House of Representatives will vote today on the $2 trillion Covid-19 relief bill. Our interview with Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill. He discusses ways to stay safe from scammers during the the Covid-19 crisis.

The Senate unanimously, 96-0, passed a $2 trillion stimulus bill to aid American families during the coronavirus crisis. The bill outlined relief to be sent to individuals and families, unemployment benefits were extended, small businesses are eligible for loans, and money has been set aside for the airline industry among other provisions.

A stimulus package has been agreed on and will hopefully pass to help put money into the pockets of Americans. President Trump gave his daily press conference late yesterday afternoon. He's optimistic about our progress in fighting this virus and hopes to "reopen" the country around Easter.

The Senate & House of Representatives are having trouble getting a stimulus bill out to the American people. The Senate has been working closely with Treasury Secretary Mnuchin. However, twice now, the Senate has voted no on the bill. Politics always drives some of these decisions, but at this point in time, they need to come together and work out a deal. Speaker Pelosi has introduced her own bill, but Republicans say she has added her own provisions unrelated to the Covid-19 crisis.

We're all learning to adjust to a new normal of self-isolation, restaurants and businesses being closed and schools out until at least May. President Trump, along with the Task Force, give daily news briefings on how they're combating the spread of this virus. On Friday, the President and NBC News reporter, Peter Alexander, had a heated exchange over the way the President delivers his message to the American people.

The government's response to the coronavirus will likely include a stimulus check to almost every American. But, what are the actual costs? Will the stimulus drive our economy right into the ground? Then what? Will the cost outweigh the benefits?
