President Trump gave The State of the Union address last night. The Democrats have made a mess of everything they touch. Impeachment = fail. Presidential Candidates = fail. Iowa Caucuses = fail. Meanwhile, President Trump was able to tout all of the strides America has made during the last year. It's not a fair fight right now and the Democrats know it. That's why Nancy Pelosi decides to pull a stunt like ripping up the President's speech. Rush Limbaugh is also awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom during last night's speech.

The Iowa Caucus was on Tuesday...but, we still don't know a winner. As of now, no results. In their words, there were some "irregularities in their quality control." It seems as if they've hacked their own election. From the party who wants to control everything in our lives, they can't even control their own caucus! Today, we dedicate this show to Rush Limbaugh. He has announced that he will be undergoing treatment for "advanced lung cancer." What an influence he's had over my life, my career path and the lives of many others he inspires. Thank you, Rush. Tom Perez, of the DNC, sent out an email during the Super Bowl to denounce the ad President Trump aired for his 2020 campaign. We talk with Indiana Senator Mike Braun on today's program.

Democrats are pushing to bring witnesses before the Senate impeachment trial. Republicans believe they have the votes to end this battle over witnesses. Rep. Lamar Alexander, from Tennessee, is in favor of a call for no witnesses. Once that happens, the Senate can have the actual vote on whether to remove the President from office. It appears this could be over Friday night/early Saturday morning.

Democrats believe not having the focus on the democratic presidential candidates is a good thing. This case of impeachment is one strategy keeping the storylines off of their people. This is all about optics and politics. Keeping the negative news about President Trump. The next steps in the impeachment process are witnesses. All additional witnesses will do is further their agenda.

The Republicans have wrapped up their defense in the Senate Impeachment Hearings. This entire impeachment has been used as a huge distraction by Democrats. They are actively obstructing President Trump's ability to be the President of the United States. When Russian collusion didn't work, they moved to find a new way to impeach him. They've had this in the works since day 11 of his presidency.

The Trump impeachment defense started on Saturday. The Democrats completed their opening statements on Friday to make sure that no one was paying attention over the weekend.
