The state of Arkansas put forth a bill that would ban transgender treatment for anyone under 18. The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a judge’s ruling to temporarily block the state from enforcing the 2021 law. A trial is set for October.

Last week, President Biden was oblivious to reality at a ceremony for the bill to rename an Indiana Veterans Affairs building after the late Representative Jackie Walorski. The bill was introduced after the tragic death of the Representative in August. President Biden was giving a speech at the White House and asked, "Where's Jackie?" He asked if the deceased congresswoman was at the event. Mainstream media played it off as a "slip of the tongue."
