Newcastle United return to action quite quickly after the awful defeat at Spurs last weekend and look to bounce back with a good performance against Wolves.  

This is definitely not a straight forward game for the toon army as Wolves have had a very good season and are pushing hard for a European place next season.

One thing is for certain, tonights show could be quite explosive after a very, very poor performance at Spurs on Sunday in the Premier League.

The Premier League is back this weekend as Newcastle United travel to face Spurs in the Premier League.  

Before the international break Newcastle United suffered two straight defeats and did look very tired last time out. 

We know the team have been away for some warm weather training so hopefully that will have the same effect as it did last time they did this.

Although Newcastle United are still battling away in the final part of the Premier League season, interest is quickly turning as to who could indeed come through the door during the summer transfer window.

A few days remain in the January transfer window and Newcastle United continue to be linked with players from all over the world to come and help them avoid relegation from the Premier League.  

One thing that has been very noticeable is the clubs we have been dealing with have been very difficult when it comes to agreeing transfer fees. There seems to be a Newcastle United tax on most of these valuations.

What a week it has been since the last Fan Forum involving Newcastle United with regards to transfers and results.  On the show tonight we will be discussing the performance against Watford.

Yesterday was a huge game for Newcastle United in their battle to avoid relegation but unfortunately once again we failed.  

Again we take the lead and sit back and let the opposition come onto us with of course leads to Watford getting an equaliser! Some of the players just simply aren't good enough which we know, however Eddie Howe has to be looked at as well due to poor team selection.  

Newcastle United are now heavily relying on bringing some good solid players in during the rest of the window in order to give us a chance of avoiding the drop.

It's back to the Premier League for Newcastle United on Saturday in what is a massive game for the toon army as they take on relegation rivals Watford.  

With the current additions of Trippier and Wood the toon army will be looking for an immediate bounce and try and move out of the relegation zone. It's almost like a cup final for us as we simply have to get the three points.
