With nearly two decades of experience, Kevin has valued and sold over 150 dental practices, managed $100MM of revenue in a DSO, and brings investment banking expertise to his advisory role.

On this week’s episode, I sat down with Charles Moser. Dr. Moser owned multiple practices before taking a position as the Dental Director for a DSO. On this week’s episode, I sat down with Brad Houtman who’s very new to dental with a background in Marketing and Advertising. He started in sales and account management but found that role to be unfulfilling, moved into an operational and support role and thrived. He understood the hard work it takes to complete the close and that helped him bridge the gap between front of house and back of house, thus streamlining processes and meeting revenue goals.
