However, just hours after arriving in Cincinnati, he received the news that his mother, Diane "Mama Mill$" Harris, had passed away. She had been his number one supporter and was known as Milwaukee's "hip-hop mom." After her death, C-Mill$ decided to dedicate his second album to her memory, which he released as "Long Live Mama Mill$" on March 18, 2022. The album reflects the energy and confidence that his mother frequently radiated and includes references to her throughout the tracks.
