In this three-week series called “Resurrection Story”, we will explore the climactic center of the story of Scripture: the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Our text will be 1 Corinthians 15:1-20. We will summarize the entire story of Scripture, and the resurrection story specifically, by highlighting three explicit phrases: Christ has Died, Christ is Risen, Christ Will Come Again. Today, we look at the first four verses of 1 Corinthians 15, and highlight three things: 1. The Good News of Christ’s Death, 2. Christ Died for Our Sins, and 3. Christ Died in Accordance with the Scriptures.
