The Training for an Eternal Crown Podcast

This week, we begin to dive into the story of Noah and the ark through Genesis 5-7:5. We answer two conversation starter questions on page 36 of the Genesis Journal. How does Jesus being the door relate to Noah's ark and the flood? How much faith did Noah have in God? We hope you get encouragement as you listen!

We take a turn in Genesis this week... What is the cause of death? What is the solution to death? And what do we get by believing in, trusting, and following Jesus? We hope you are encouraged by this podcast episode and as you meet together over God's Word!

Here we go! We're excited to dive into Week 1 of the Genesis Journal. In this episode, we talk through two conversation starter questions. Why is it important that the Word was with God in the beginning? Also, we were created in the image of God (in Genesis 1:27), but have a capacity to sin. Why? What does made in the image of God actually mean? We hope you enjoy this episode of the Training for an Eternal Crown Podcast!

Welcome! For all of you DGroup leaders and others, here's the beginning of a resource that may help and encourage you weekly to meet over God's Word. We begin our podcast in this episode by sharing why we are doing a podcast, and then we jump into Genesis, because of our study in it this fall as a ministry.
