The boys welcome their teammate and Oneonta native, Olivia O'Donnell to the podcast. Enjoy this insightful and fun conversation that ranges from an upcoming BU meet, the transition from sprinting to distance, and future plans in the sport!
The boys have the privilege of speaking with the University of Florida runner, Joe Perazzo. Perazzo, formerly of Susan Wagner HS in Staten Island, is one the best distance runners to ever come out of New York City. Holding PRs of 4:08 in the mile and 8:54 in the 3200, he has been dubbed the "King of New York". Enjoy this awesome and insightful conversation!
Now with Lucas even further from Noah, the boys have a nice conversation about the recent 3K, their next guest, and answer some great questions
Oh boy do we have a fun one for you all today! Since we are on winter break and me and Noah are separated, I took the time to sit down with some of my old high school teammates, the end result does not disappoint. Sit back and enjoy!
Today we are joined by Luke Jarski. Jarski hosts PRs of 1:22 in the 600, 1:51 in the 800, 4:04 in the 1500, and 26:13 in the 8k. Jarski is a dominant middle distance runner in the SUNYAC and it was an absolute pleasure to talk with him.
On today's episode we welcome our coach, Kelly Vincent! Coach Vincent is part of a coaching staff that was just recently named SUNYAC women's cross country coaching staff of the year! It was a pleasure to sit down and discuss all kinds of things like training, culture, how to build a winning team, and more!
