I have written some materials for those of us that have or are experiencing abusive bad practices and how that might play out. What is important understand or expect. How do we cope with the aftermath and effects once we have been through this ordeal

In a series about how do we cope how have we survived dealing with these various situations involving bullying, trapping, abusive behaviour in settings like these that still exist .
