Spiritual Abuse Is Real!!!
Spiritual Abuse was one of the Worse parts of narcissistic abuse for me. It's one thing to make me question myself... but What I believe in..smh.
This week's episode of The Trauma will discuss my personal experience with Spiritual Abuse and what to look out for.
Some ppl think spiritual abuse just happens in groups, like churches or temples etc.. but spiritual abuse can def come from an individual.
Hope this can help someone see the signs.

On this episode, we talk about the Soul Ties.
A soul tie is a spiritual or emotional connection you have to someone. Most people believe soul ties come from sexual experiences with someone. In my opinion they can come from an emotional bond ad well. They are mostly toxic. This episode talks about having a soul tie with a narcissistic person.

On this episode, we talk about the Trauma Bond.
Trauma bonds (also referred to as traumatic bonds) are emotional bonds with an individual (and sometimes, with a group) that arise from a recurring, cyclical pattern of abuse perpetuated by intermittent reinforcement through rewards and punishments.[1] Traumatic bonding occurs as the result of ongoing cycles of abuse in which the intermittent reinforcement of reward and punishment creates powerful emotional bonds that are resistant to change.-Wikipedia
