  • #16: Grand Canyon Rim to Rim; Delta Meltdown; Misogi

Over the past few years, I've set out on this goal to go out and explore the world.

But to view some of these beautiful areas, one must endure a physical journey to get there.

For the past few years, I've been setting goals physically to accomplish something in the exploration world. Something that scares me a bit and something that if I finish I know I would be proud of accomplishing.

This year I decided to hike one of the most iconic hikes in the United States. The Grand Canyon Rim to Rim hike is one of a kind in this world.

This 26+mi hike with over 5,000ft of elevation is no walk in the park. On top of that, the 100+ degrees Fahrenheit will challenge anyone not used to the desert heat.

After completing this iconic hike, not only do I feel so accomplished but I learned so much about myself and I'm excited for the next big goal for next year.

So in this episode, I am going to talk about the Rim to Rim hike. What the hike is, what routes you can take, more information about the Grand Canyon, and so much more!

Also, if you missed the Delta Airlines internet outage disaster I touched on that as well. Something for EVERYONE to keep in mind when they're working with people.

    Hope you enjoy this episode!

  • #14: OZEMPIC prices in US; How to book the cheapest flight in 2024

OZEMPIC! One of the most popular drugs in the entire world right now. And for good reason.

This drug has appeared to help a lot of people crack the code to their weight loss struggles.

While there are both positives and negatives to this medical intervention, one of the biggest topics not talked about is the cost.

When you listen in on this episode, you'll be surprised to find out how much higher of a cost these weight loss drugs are in the US compared to other countries.

The main topic of this episode rolls into finding cheap flights in 2024. One of the most common roadblocks to people traveling is thinking it's too expensive.

Yes, there are certain places in the world and during certain times of the year that may always cost more. But if you know where and how to look you'll be amazed to find some great deals on flights!

I hope this helps you find some great deals on your next flights to continue your journey of seeing the world.

  • #13: The Inca Trail To Machu Picchu

One of my goals in life is to make it to see all of the 7 wonders in the world.

Finally, I have been able to make it to my first one!

Machu Picchu is located in Peru and is one of the new 7 wonders of the world.

This one of a kind miraculous Incan historic community is something in the world you have to go and see for yourself!

On top of that, I was able to make the trek on the ancient Inca Trail.

The Classic Inca Trail is around 26mi long and takes you up to over 13,000ft of elevation. A guide will take you on a historic journey over 4 days and 3 nights until you finally reach the ancient civilization of Machu Picchu.

In this podcast, I talked about my own journey with planning the trip, places to see and things to do while in Cusco, and also the entire journey of the trail leading to Machu Picchu.

I left Machu Picchu speechless and with my travel addiction higher than ever to continue to see all the great places God has created on this Earth.

  • #12: Running Across The Length of Africa; 5 Harsh Health And Fitness Truths

Running across the length of Africa?!

Yes, the first person in history just completed this historic event to raise charity. An absolutely amazing story of someone overcoming all odds and logistical nightmares to make this a reality.

The main topic on this episode was talking about 5 harsh health and fitness truths.

The truth at times is hard to accept. When it comes to health and fitness there are so many times were people want to tell themselves a different story than what is actually going on.

The reason for this is because we as humans want to take the path of least resistance. We want to find the "hacks" and "easiest" way to be able to get from Point A to Point B.

But as a coach, a lot of times I need to give tough love. The way the message is delivered doesn't have to be harsh. A lot of times, tough love is love because it's the truth. And when people are going through a health and fitness journey they need to be told the truth in order to keep progressing.

In this episode, we are going to talk about 5 harsh truths.

Thank you again so much for being here and listening. I truly appreciate it!

  • #11: Trying A New Skill; Why You're Frustrated With Your Health And Fitness

We only have a shot time in this world, and that's why it's so important to be able to go out and experience new things.

To experience new things, we need to be humble enough to go out and try them as well as be bad at them when we're just getting started.

This also relates to health and fitness.

When you're just getting started focusing on your health, you're going to find things you like and don't like. You're also going to find what works best and doesn't work best for you as well as trying and experiencing new things along your journey.

In this episode, we're going to be talking about why you're frustrated in your health and fitness. For many people, making new recipes, lifting weights, dieting, and more are a struggle when getting started out.

Just like any skill, you will become better at it as you continue to do it more and more.

Through myself coaching individuals as well as making many mistakes along the way myself, I came up with 3 big reasons why you're probably frustrated on that health and fitness journey and what to do about it.

I hope you enjoy the podcast!

After 2020, one of the major focuses of a lot of people has been health.

One of the biggest issues with the health and fitness world is the amount of people trying to sell you something for their own benefit instead of actually trying to help you solve your issue.
