Fear is the thing that holds all of us back from our dreams and the things we want to do in life.
When you think about it, what's worse?..
The fear of failing or the fear of regret?
A lot of times fear holds us back because of what think others (who we may not even know) might think about us.
As we all explore what our true purpose is and what we want to do in our life, there's going to be a time when you have to take a chance.
To take a risk.
To get in and play the game.
To book the ticket and go.
A lot of times after doing something that scares us, we realize it's really not that bad.
Although, there are levels to this like free diving with great white sharks (haha).
In this episode, I'm going to be challenging you to put one thing on your list to do before year ends.
So my challenge to you for the second half of 2024 is this...
Do something that scares you.
Anything.
It could be booking the trip to go to a new country.
investing in a new workshop or class.
Opening up the business.
Asking the person you like on a date.
Just GO FOR IT!
Because if you don't, you might be stuck wondering why you never took the chance or the risk to do the thing you wanted.
A lot of times we fear rejection, but never trying always guarantees rejection.
Stop letting fear hold you back.
At some point, you gotta just go for it.
I hope you enjoy this episode!

The health and wellness discussion has risen drastically since 2020.
In the world today, we tend to turn to social media for all of our answers. And a lot of times we look at people being "healthy" because of their physical appearance.
Health goes so much deeper than just our own physical appearance.
If you look at health and wellness as a whole, there is your physical, mental, emotional, environmental, relational, and existential health.
Health goes far deeper than how we physically appear. With the world of social media where photos and videos can be edited and distorted, individuals can be dishonest about how and what they're doing to get the results they want to see, and a lot of times people are just out to sell the next quick fix.
And when you think about a country like the United States where there's a lot of access to healthcare, some of the most advancements in medicine and medical technology, and more freedoms than most countries, why is the US trending to continue to be unhealthier than ever in history?
When we talk about health and wellness, what are we truly after? I believe it's to live a longer and healthier life as well as a life as long as possible without a chronic disease.
In this episode, we are going to be talking about the Blue Zone Regions of the world. These are the areas in the world that are found to have the most amount of people living to be 100 years old or older (also known as Centenarians).
Researches conducted studies in these blue zones (Japan, Greece, US, and Costa Rice) and tried to find commonalities around these blue zones to see how these individuals were living longer and healthier.
Researchers came to the conclusion of 9 commonalities amongst the blue zone regions that I am going to be sharing with you today.
These 9 simple actionable things may help lead you to a longer and healthier life.

One of the biggest topics in the world right now relates to HEALTH.
After 2020, more and more people are focusing on their health more than ever. Even though it's a major focus, there's so much misinformation out there.
Think about it... in the US there's more access to healthcare, medical technology is as advanced as ever, we have more drugs and prescriptions able to be prescribed, but individuals are more unhealthy than ever.
This is why I dedicated my life to health and fitness and started my own business called Driven Fitness. I'm an online personal trainer the regular every day person live a healthier life.
One of the hardest things to overcome in a health and fitness journey is staying on track when traveling. Now this doesn't mean bringing a food scale or freezing your chicken and broccoli to bring on the plane. It's hard because people are out of their regular routine, they don't know how to choose or access healthier options, and a lot of times people will blow all of their progress out of the water due to one trip they went on.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
Health and fitness is a lifestyle. It's not just counting calories and taking shirtless photos to post on the internet.
Health and fitness relates to travel because how do you expect to go and see the world or go see more things in the world, if you're unhealthy and aren't able to do so.
This is why it's so important to keep up with our health so that we can continue to try to live longer to be able to enjoy more of the things we love to do (like travel the world).
In this episode I go over 6 Health and Fitness Tips While Traveling. This episode will help show you sustainable, simple, and realistic tips to be able to continue living a healthier lifestyle while traveling.

In the entire United States, 63 locations across the country have been named and protected as National Parks.
These protected locations are one of a kind and are open for travelers across the world to visit.

If you're new to National Parks this will be a good place to start, or if you're more experienced I'm curious to see if you have the same list as I do!
There are some parks you'll enjoy more than others. If you want to see unique and one of a kind areas in the United States, the National Parks are a great place to travel to.

"Thinking will not overcome fear but action will."
If you spend your time waiting on everyone else to travel, you won't get very far.
Traveling solo has taught me so many life lessons. While I enjoy going places with other people, the times I've traveled alone have been the most impactful in my life.
It can be scary to go out on your own, but don't let fear stop you. There will always be the questions and concerns about going out on your own, but it can be the most thrilling adventure of your life.
And while solo traveling isn't for everyone, I do believe everyone should give it a try at least once in their lifetime. This doesn't mean you have to even leave your home country, but just traveling somewhere new, away from the comfortability of home, and immersing yourself in a new environment will teach you a lot of things about yourself and life along the way.
In this episode, I'm going to share with you 7 life lessons I've learned from traveling solo. Each one has made a big impact on my life. Whether you're just getting started in your adventures or a more experienced traveler, you will gain something from this!

Welcome to the Never Stop Exploring Podcast!
This is a podcast of exploring our own health and wellness as well as world travel and adventure.
We only get one shot at this thing we call life. After working as a Police Officer, I found myself wanting to get the most out of life. Being around death and hardships frequently taught me how valuable time and life really is. Time is the ultimate currency we can never get back.
So how can we hopefully live a healthier and longer life so that we can explore and experience more? That's what this podcast is all about!
My name is Damion Figueroa and I'm the man behind the mic. I'm a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and own my online coaching business company called Driven Fitness. My main goal is to help serve other people to live as the best and healthiest version of themselves. I aim to change the narrative that health and fitness is just about counting macros, lifting massive weights, and only being about physical appearance. Health and wellness goes a lot deeper than just having abs.
On top of that, since we only have so much time on Earth I've been a big believer that we will always value experiences more than just material things. Material things are great, but there's so much more to life and so much out in the world to experience. Too many people are locking themselves inside, sitting behind screens, not making connections with other people, and not taking advantage of what there is to do and see in the world.
Traveling is for everyone! Whether you love to climb mountains, take a family trip to a pristine white beach, or get lost in a new country, traveling and experiencing the world is for everybody. I became a world travel enthusiast 10 years ago and haven't stopped exploring the world and chasing after new adventurous experiences.
On this podcast, you can expect to hear a lot about ways to improve our health and wellness as well as different stories and insights to the travel world to help you travel further and get more experiences in life.
At the end of the day, you can have a lot of money and material objects but nothing is more valuable than your health. The more investments you make in your health, the longer and healthier you can live to experience more of the things you love to do in life.
I'm excited to have you listening to the podcast!
Cheers to new adventures together ahead!
