One of our Battle of the Sexes competitions to kick off 2017 was a game of Strip Poker… with Giant Playing Cards so viewers could see our hands.  Here, for your viewing pleasure, is the full video of this amazing match!  We don’t want to give everything away… but let us tell you that this game was a complete blowout!  Check out the video now and see who had to bare everything!

Special note from Louis and Char:  Sorry, guys.  No full nudity.  Well, nothing other than the parts of the body that you would see fully nude at any public beach or if you were hanging out at the swimming pool with us, that is.  And another thing… we get emails ALL THE TIME from people who tell us that our website, videos, and radio shows have rekindled a spark in their marriage or given them ideas on how to do so.  People email us asking how to have the kind of playful marriage they see us having.  That’s a big reason why we do what we do!  It’s our hope that all marriages could be as playful, honest, loving, sexy, romantic, fun, adventurous, exciting, and fun as ours!  It’s an almost guaranteed preventative from turning into a cranky old couple.  So watch, get some ideas, and go have some fun!  Or, stay on the road to being cranky old couple.  You choose.  I think the choice is obvious.

Neither Char nor Louis had ever played the strategy game of Quarto before and they decided to film their first match for a Battle of the Sexes event on The Traveling Twosome.  This game is touted as taking only a minute to learn but a lifetime to master.  It is being called “the next chess” and is said to stimulate the brain like no other game today.  So… in this intense battle of the mind, who wins?

It’s hard to believe it was seven years ago when Char began playing paper football… and became the first person to ever beat Louis, doing so in a crushing 56-17 blowout victory.  A few months later, they played their first annual Paper Football Championship Bowl Game where Char claimed the Paper Football Championship and has held it undefeated ever since!

This year Char puts her title on the line once again in the seventh annual Paper Football Championship Bowl Game!  As usual, we threw in a fake commercial for you as well.  Enjoy!

One of our long time fans recommended a professional wrestling mat for Char and me to use for our mixed wrestling matches.  The mat was purchased and delivered… and we are thrilled with the product!  It exceeds our expectations!

Our second Battle of the Sexes competition for 2017 is a little game called Bounce Off.  Bounce Off is a simple game played by bouncing colored ping pong balls into a grid while attempting to arrange your colored balls into a specific pattern.  The first player to do so wins the round.  It’s a simple game, a lot of fun, and a good warm up to our big 2017 Paper Football Championship Bowl Game coming up next!

Hopefully, this video will show couples that it doesn’t take much to have a fun and pleasantly feisty game night together!

For those of you keeping score on the 2017 Battle of the Sexes Competition Series, Char has now won the first two events:  Trivia and Bounce Off.

We promised our fans that 2017 would be our most prolific year ever in the history of The Traveling Twosome!  By fan request, we agreed to kick off the year with a series of competition videos to launch this new beginning!  The first competition was to be a Battle of the Sexes trivia competition – with Char sporting the famous Wonder Woman bikini!  As our fans know, trivia is the one competition that somewhat intimidates Char… and it’s one of Louis’ favorite competitions!  Will Char begin 2017 with a stunning upset victory or will Louis claim the first Battle of the Sexes event of 2017?

Our on-air radio strip poker games were tied at one match apiece.  If you know how competitive we are, then you know we couldn’t just leave it as a draw.  We had to hold a tiebreaker match!  Even if our fans hadn’t requested – no, make that demanded – a rematch, we’d have given you one just to settle the score with a tiebreaker.  It’s who we are.

So on our December 15, 2016 radio show, we held Game 3.

Char is typically quite confident and sure of herself going into virtually ANY competition against Louis, regardless of whether the competition is physical (wrestling, arm wrestling), intellectual and strategic (chess, scrabble), or just plain fun (paper football).  But there’s one competition about which Char has always been a bit nervous:  trivia.  For years, she has said that she wasn’t very good at trivia.

By fan request, however, the time has come.  It’s time for a full blown trivia battle.  So… at long last… let’s see how Char does at trivia against Louis!
