Today on the podcast, Arnold shared with us that he was the care provider for his mother who had dementia and Parkinson’s for 8 to 9 years. This is what we all have to do if the systems in place do not meet the needs for our elderly. We talked about mental illness, and dementia, showing signs in people when they do not suspect it like 30 years earlier then when it is diagnosed. Prevention is needed at this time in one’s early life. Humanity is faced with many dis-eases within the mind, body and spirit. It is time that we take back our power by doing mental strengthening practices that can enhance our mental emotional well-being as Arnold has said the art of unconditionally so we can learn new concepts that brings back more harmony to establishes better emotional and mental health for our well-being.
