Being an empath Jennifer and I talked about the actual experiences that empaths feel. Giving great advice on how to distinguish if you are an empath and to always have boundaries in our every day lives. Everything is energy and because we are empaths, we pick up the energy everywhere we go. Jennifer shared to change your sheets at least every two weeks, wash your hands this is cleansing away the energies and you feel better and to always take a shower before you go to bed. She also shared that this is a part of your journey and that you are right, where you are supposed to be. Today on The Treasure is YOU podcast. I am sharing the phrase, “the sweet essence of surrender.” This is a part of our collective and individual transformations to being our true authentic self. This goes hand-in-hand with us acknowledging that we are the presence in the world that is divine. This is the thing, we have to integrate all of the aspects within ourselves, which is excepting all parts of ourselves so we can allow more new experiences, new people, new creations, new thought forms to come in our lives now. It feels good when you buy something new, am I correct? you buy a new car, you buy a new outfit, you buy a new home, you feel really happy and joyful because of the newness that is within you. This is the same premise we have to integrate while surrendering from our old narratives so that new information of newness emerges into all aspects of our lives and when this happens, we are actually bringing in life within us, which makes us shine even brighter because we are now aligning to our true essence. Today we talked about appreciation of the simple things in life that we all at times forget such as waking up this morning such as the job you have these are things that we all lose sight of and take for granted at times. She shared with us today that she is always growing and learning, and have had to leave behind friendships in the past, but now she realizes that those friendships were for a season or a reason and that she had to stay focused on her step. She cannot pull up people. And once she focus on her step, she attracted the right people and experiences in your life. She also emphasize the importance of pausing and reflecting. She does her five minute breathing intentional breathwork 4 7 8 then she feels refreshed and new.

In this podcast, I am sharing moments and experiences that happened to me recently where I surrendered and allowed the ebb & flow of life to happen for me. Having a conversation with fellow starseed Elies Hadi we both were led to speak about the energy of abandonment through the guidance of our souls. This can cause a soul to react in ways of anger, pain, sadness, and also can be unknown for many on the journey of life. I shared with everyone that I to in the past used to run from the pain. I didn't want any parts of that now I have a greater understanding that we have to acknowledge that pain so we can become stronger, able to face any challenges that may present itself to us. Elies shared about the grief, she felt from the passing of her father, which really was anger towards God, Source, for taking away the things in her life. This in turn started a spiritual path for her to which, as we fast-forward is now helping others on their journey. We both did a light language activation for releasing fear and trauma so the collective can be open to receive divine love energy. We both aligned with the Lemurian Star Mother's presence of love connecting with the healing essence of water. Allow your tears to heal. Allow your heart to be open.
