Hello dear ones in today's podcast I will be discussing Mind, Body Spirit and Soul Wellness. These are the things that we can do in our everyday lives to maintain a state of wellness, as I always tell the viewers and listeners. It is the simple things in life that we miss. Spiritual practices are necessary if we desire to live a life that is balanced in harmony with nature and with our universal cosmic essence that is all seeing and all knowing. For one as I speak frequently about, is being grounded daily and rejuvenating, while resting our mind, our body and our spirit.  In our busy lives we all tend to forget some of these simple things such as, resting our body  and mind because we have created habitual habits that are not in our best interest and this is what causes our imbalance in our lives. We have to pause for a moment so we can make the choices in life that will benefit our highest potential. We also as a spiritual practice cannot see some things in our lives because of our ego. Our ego is here to make sure we are safe. Therefore it remembers all of our past experiences that are stored in our subconscious mind. We have to be the frontiers, grasping the excitement of the present moment, which creates an unfolding of untapped potential waiting to be explored.  We have to bring our ego into balance with all of our other aspects so we can attempt to the best of our ability to live a life that is in harmony with ourselves. This happens to be the greater portion that is a universal force that is supporting our every step in life.
Wellness is obtainable if we make space to add these practices in our everyday experiences. This brings joy, happiness, love, creativity, and a state of healthy well-Being- Ness. 🫶🏽

Thank you for joining me for this three part series of Who AM I? & What have we learned? I like to emphasize that it is the simple things in life that we all at times miss. In part 2 of this 3 part series, I spoke about us as humanity being the cosmic stars 🌟 that have fallen down on earth to shine our light. Today will be a continuation yet. I will discuss, and shed light on the fact that our movies are messages to help us remember our magnificence. Pointing out the movie, "Star Wars," how it depicts humanity in our life experiences of war, of the different species, and I left out an important phrase that was said in Star Wars, which is "May the force be with you." Yes dear ones that 'force" is our life force. It is what keeps us existing in this reality and Star Wars pointed that out, so I had to mention that since I didn't mention it on the podcast. We are all messengers as well. We have to gain the awareness of ourselves so we can create what is in our hearts and lastly bringing the awareness that your story is the best story that has never been told. So open the book now and begin to rewrite the contents of your own life. It will surely be a Number 1 thriller.

Who am I? Why am I here? Today on The Treasure is YOU... Podcast. I will be posing these two questions to the people who are tuning into this podcast. This podcast today is diving deep into the core of who we all are. I know that these two questions are loaded questions yet as for myself, and many others that I have witness throughout my entire life. We as the collective do not know who we are and why am I here? Through my journey which I can share has been a journey that has been filled with highs and lows, traumatic experiences that were not of my control. Once we know who we are and why we are here this opens up a brand new reality for us as a collective. I have recently discovered within me the courage to share with the world who it is that I am, and why I am here. This naturally began to ground into me in a quite profound way, yet filling in the gaps of my life which are the pieces of the puzzle of my life journey. Every chapter in my life has been a fulfilling experience that has caused me to see the beauty that lies within each of us. My heart is filled with much gratitude for this unwavering journey of unexpected treasures that lead me back to myself, which is Love.❤️ This statement is true for every SOUL on the planet. We are the love that can be felt throughout the Infinity if we allow ourselves to open our hearts.

Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Julia Carmen an Curandera coming from a long line of curanderas walking in both worlds of the physical and non-physical, being in the knowing of them both from birth, walking them both in all eternally, and at times in struggle in the human realm of being. Julia was asked about what is her work and she replied on the podcast  of "Being in Divine Love 💞 of Self"  she says it's a challenging thing for humanity".....
 She created the school without walls... "As we all walk, this earth life we human and Alma beings walk both worlds, whether we are conscious or not of that fact. So...
