The definition of codependency can be hard to understand and it can be difficult to tell if you are being codependent with someone in your life. But there are signs! In this video I'm going to share seven ways that people who have low self-confidence may show codependence - by doing things like making excuses for others, taking care of everyone but themselves, and trying to fix other people's problems. In order for us all to feel good about ourselves, we need boundaries and healthy relationships with friends/family members.
