In this podcast episode I share, for the first time ever, the entire overview of my daily habit system - The Truly Amazing Life Habits™.
I’ve taught many of the principles and habits in depth, but never have I taught the entire system in one sitting.

What to expect for the future of Truly Amazing Life show and podcast
Going forward, I will be podcasting a lot more, but the format will be different than before. Instead of only interviewing others, it will probably look like a mixture of this. I will:
- Personally teach about each of the 12 pillars of a Truly Amazing Life regularly.
- Answer any of your questions that come up.
- Hold regular live “office hours” where you can call in (first-come-first-served) and ask me your questions in person. I will do my best to support you and answer them…and then everyone will be able to benefit from those conversations.
- Periodically interview other inspiring people to get fresh perspectives and examples of people living the 12 pillars of a Truly Amazing Life.
- Broadcast more frequent, shorter messages to you as opposed to only longer-format interviews.
Looking forward to serving you and interacting with you a lot more going forward.

I was really interested to hear what made him tick, why he was so interested in writing about habits, and specifically what habits he most attributes to propelling his success and happiness in life.

He came across this thought after years and years of trying unsuccessfully to be the person he thought everyone else wanted him to be:

He remembered who he was.
He stopped trying to be who he was not.

I came close to dying. Then I realized.

He goes on to discuss an extremely close brush with death from an attempted suicide - he was in the depths of depression because he had tried so long to be someone he was not...
...And that attempt will only lead anyone to a depressed state.
But his life was spared, and he had this realization:
"By tuning into what was right with me instead of what's wrong with me, a world that had been obscured before showed up!"
For those of us who have experienced the intense pain of depression - you know well how hard it is to see anything good through the obscuring darkness of depression.
But the good is always there.
Just because the blinds are pulled tight and it's pitch black inside, doesn't mean the sun has stopped shining outside.
And when we discover how to open the blinds and let the light back in, everything changes.
...It's well worth your time to listen.
Does financial stress make it difficult for you to stay peaceful, optimistic, or joyful in life?
Money can be one of the biggest hurdles to living a truly amazing life.
It's essential for living, yet our thoughts and beliefs about it can either be empowering or disempowering.
It's easy to think "if I just had more money, that would solve everything."
And while that's definitely not true - having sufficient money does solve a LOT of issues and contribute to peace of mind.
The important thing to remember is 'sufficient money' is not as hard to come by as it may seem in those times when we are consumed with the weight of crushing debt, a steady stream of bills, and what feels like limited funds and time to handle them.
Bob Lotich was broke and discouraged, and discovered that just taking simple actions to get his financial life in order led to massive peace.
