In this week's episode, we talk to Dr.Katrina Bouchard. She is a registered psychologist, an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of British Columbia, and the director of the Psychology, Health, and Sexuality (Phase) Laboratory. 

We talk to her about sexual desire. What is the truth about sexual desire? Is it different for women and men? We ask her about her sexual arousal research and what that teaches us. Desire can go up and down and that can be totally healthy. Types of sexual desire can be different as we all differ. We need to understand what we want and to learn to communicate that. If there is a desire discrepancy in a couple there are ways to navigate that.
