Today was an eye opening one for me, I need to practice being aware of my surroundings…do you??

In this crazy thing called life….Finding your own space to relax, read, and/or breathe 🧘‍♂️ is more important than ever!! Please challenge yourself to take time to unwind without social media, without distractions, and a notepad 📝 to offload “extra” thoughts!

🚗 Don’t steer away from the idea or perceived perfection that others have… learn to steer towards it!

🏋️‍♀️ Becoming accountable to the promises you make to yourself; makes your stronger! Consistency is built, accountability muscle gets stronger, and become the best version of yourself! 💪💪

🤯Imagine talking to your child, your nephew, your friends, a younger sibling the way you talk to yourself….no really, if you wouldn’t say it to someone else why are you saying it to yourself!??

🙌 Lessons learned from a dear friend of mine…choose happy, choose to spread the joy, even on the worst of days.
