The Truth & Nothing But The Truth by Pierre Nicolas, MBA and Former Paralegal NYS

Welcome back. If you’ve been listening, you know we’re committed not just to telling stories — but to giving you real‑life tools for health, navigating immigration risk, and defending democratic values.

Right now, the stakes are high. We’ve seen a U.S. Senator, Alex Padilla, slammed to the ground and handcuffed for simply asking a question in a press conference about immigration enforcement. That shouldn’t happen in a democracy — and it tells us this affects all of us.

Meanwhile, thousands of families live in fear: undocumented immigrants, green‑card holders, U.S. citizens married to immigrants — people who thought they were protected but find themselves vulnerable. Medical care is inadequate in detention. Bond hearings denied. Raids increasing. Due process eroding.

That’s why your support matters. When you donate or sponsor this podcast, you help us bring you expert guests, create downloadable guides, and keep this vital conversation alive. You help build a community that is alert, equipped, empowered.

If you believe in fairness, if you believe in rights, if you believe that everyone deserves safety and dignity — then join us. Choose your support level and become part of this mission. Together, we can make sure people don’t fall through the cracks of society — and we can strengthen the institutions that keep American democracy healthy.
