This week, Dan chats with Judge Jeanine Pirro, Co-Host of 'The Five'
Jeanine Pirro joined FOX News Channel in 2006 and currently serves as a co-host of cable news’ highest-rated program The Five (weekdays, 5-6 PM/ET).
In addition, she hosts Castles USA on FOX Nation, FOX News Media’s direct to consumer streaming service. The series, which is currently in its second season, features Pirro as she dives into the rich history of iconic castles all around the country.
Pirro began her career at the network as a legal analyst and began hosting her weekend program Justice with Judge Jeanine in 2011, which remained the top-rated program in its Saturday evening 9 PM/ET time slot throughout its entire 11-year run. Prior to joining the network, she was the host of a syndicated weekday court show distributed by Warner Brothers, for which she won an Emmy award.
With a legal career spanning more than three decades, Pirro was elected Westchester County District Attorney in 1993, an office she held for three consecutive terms.
Notably, she was the first woman to prosecute murder cases and started the first domestic violence unit in a prosecutor’s office in the country as Westchester’s assistant district attorney. In 1990, Pirro was elected as the first woman to serve as a Westchester County Court judge. She was appointed by then-Governor George Pataki to chair the New York State Commission on Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board in 1997, whose research assisted in passing increased protection for domestic violence victims.
Pirro earned a B.A from the University at Buffalo, magna cum laude, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) law degree from Albany Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review.

In this episode, Dan chats with Derek Johnson - Derek is best known for his two Billboard Hits "Real Cool Kinda Hot" and "Right Beer Right Now" that scored the strappin' Texan back-to-back hits on Billboard Country Airplay, the top chart in Country Music.
Dan chats with Maxine Albert, wife of Curtis Ellis, who wrote Pandemonium: China's Global Strategy to Cripple America. The book was written by Curtis Ellis, an economic nationalist, a former senior Trump adviser, and The senior policy director for America First policies, who died from cancer in early 2021, leaving the book in manuscript form. Ms. Albert shepherded the book through the publishing project and the book is now available at Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Ms. Albert is a well-known writer. She was a columnist for Elle Magazine and is now a leading public-speaking consultant. Her work also has appeared in Glamour, Cosmopolitan, and the Wall Street Journal.
Pandemonium: China's Global Strategy to Cripple America, is a book meant to offer guidance to Americans about how the Chinese attacks on America can be defeated. Curtis Ellis was a strong supporter of finding ways to destroy China's anti-U.S. offensive, which, at the time he finished his manuscript, was obvious to everyone, except for those the new occupants of White House, the Democratic Caucus, the media, and military flag officers, a goodly number of whom whom look upon Beijing as their master and paymaster. In his book, Mr. Ellis explains that a "crisis with an extraordinarily ambitious China is inevitable ... [because] of its increasing aggressiveness, nuclear expansion, and escalating military build-up" Mr. Ellis stresses that all of this anti-American growth has been "paid for by America's middle class." Mr. Ellis's book is a combination of a clear reminder of how America was built on self-reliance and growing industrial power, and provides guidance on how we can return to that happy and powerful state. The book includes a China-defeating "New Declaration of Independence" that, if implemented, "will end American dependence on China and set our nation on a new course."
