  • #26- The Healing Power of Music: Interview with Deciderio Beats
In this interview I was able to speak with my cousin to talk about his ups and downs in the music industry and the wisdom that he has discovered along the way.
Many times there will be people in life who try to bring us down or who just use us as a steppingstone to their own success.
In this interview Deciderio shares his experiences of getting through bad friendships, bad business partners, and how creating music was been the anchor in his life to keep him focused in life.

  • #25- Inside the Community Part 2 Interview with Junel (DISCRETION- TALKS ABOUT ABUSE)
In part 2 of my interview with Junel we talk a lot about our community experiences as well as many of the bizarre practices that we witnessed while living there. A lot of it had to do with abuse so Discretion is advised as some of the conversations in this episode may make many people uncomfortable.
It was also very interesting for me personally to have Junel as a guest on the show because he witnessed me getting beaten and punished for no real reason which gives credibility to the things that I have been sharing on this platform.

  • #21- Taking Back Your Power After Leaving a Toxic Relationship
In this episode Melody in Motion shares her story about leaving a toxic relationship and recovering her health after years of trauma.  Here’s a bit more about Melody in Motion:  Digital Nomad, certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) for Group Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach.  In the past I was on a self-destructive path, morbidly obese, suffering from PTSD, depression, and anxiety triggered by an ex-boyfriend turned stalker.  Now, after years of fighting for my health and fitness I’m in the best shape of my life.  This was all due to changing my mindset, my diet, exercising, and getting help for my eating disorder.  Through all of this I have learned so much, and yet I continue to learn and improve as each year ticks by.  I stay active daily and really enjoy adventure and travel.  Not only am I available for personal training and nutrition coaching virtually/in person.  But, I am also a veteran house and pet sitter traveling around the globe as much as possible for these opportunities.  With my active lifestyle, my love of helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, and lust for travel, the name Melody In Motion seemed a perfect fit.  You can reach me, and follow my adventures here:  @MELODYNMOTION (Instagram)  https://www.facebook.com/melodynmotion (Melody In Motion on Facebook Blog Pages)  @melodyim (TikTok)  [email protected]

  • #20- Fear and Suffering
Happy 2023 everyone! For today's episode I wanted to talk about the fears I've had to push through when it came to starting this podcast. It hasn't been easy but I am glad that I found the courage to do this.
Secondly, I wanted to talk about suffering. There are so many discussions that can be recorded on suffering and I wanted to focus on the way the cult sees suffering: they pretty much glorified it... versus the suffering that people endure while trying to be virtuous. It's hard to really explain but I am just sharing my thoughts on the cults way of viewing suffering and how they pushed this narrative that suffering was good in order to allow abuse to happen.
    Enjoy the show!! :)
