  • #13- Owning Yourself and Who You Are with Claire Millane
Welcome back! For this episode I am joined by Claire Millane to talk about the importance of owning yourself and who you are despite the difficulties which may arise in life.
She's an actor, writer, filmmaker and newbie stand-up comedian. She's Dublin based but originally from County Galway in the West of Ireland.
She's experienced a lot of ups and downs throughout the years including mountains of failure. She even failed her driving test...before she left the centre. But it hasn't been all bad. She's also met some amazing people, experienced a lot of laughs, had the craic (of the Irish kind) and had some successes along the way. Comedy and creativity transformed Claire's life and in the tough times they've been the two things that have gotten her through.

  • #10- My Battles with Thought Reform and Brainwashing
In today's episode I give details how we were trained to die to ourselves and to no longer think freely. Free Will no longer existed. The only thing that existed was the Community. There was no I in the community. I break down the battles I had to go through when trying to leave and how hard it was to pierce through all of the brainwashing from over the years. I held on to the smallest bit of hope and that has helped me get through the darkest thoughts.

  • #7- Healing Friendships in Dublin
Thank you for coming this far with me in my healing journey!! Today I wanted to share the importance of having a friend to be there for you and to listen to you. Being told to keep quiet about my traumas has been so devastating and has been painful however I’ve had a few friends step it up and show their support and love. So I came to Dublin to find healing through friendship. It’s been a short trip but it has been completely worth it ❤️ ❤️‍🩹
