In this episode, we explore some of the choices that we as women might make around sex when alcohol is involved or in instances where we’re not grounded in the truth of who we are and might end up compromising ourselves, our bodies and our wombs.

In the episode, I riff on a social event I attended with a few friends and that got me noticing and remembering some of what happens to women in spaces and events of fun & entertainment and that might be wounding for their bodies and wombs.

~ Bonus: I also share about my own experience with alcohol drinking and what led to me now being sober for 3 years, and counting.
