It's a powerful question to bring to the surface when we're worried that we can't move forward with something new we want to try.
When our thoughts about this new thing are:
"I can't do this" "This is too hard" or "I don't know what I'm doing."
It's going to allow you the space for clarity of what works and what needs work.
The creativity to be the best problem solver in any situation.
And the confidence to show up from a place of calm + peace + ease in your days.
