Unfortunately, it was not a great time on the streets of Selene,  there had been several high-profile murders throughout the city. The killer had left letters with the bodies that somehow made it to the Lantern Paper and were published. The killer, calling themselves The Rattletrap, claimed to be from the Stix and was moving uptown to kill the wealthy while taunting them.
