He has proclaimed himself Commissar of his own island of Borgonia. An island that has the illusion of democracy but in reality, it is controlled and monitored by the Commissar and two robot versions of himself. Sex work is encouraged but hitchhiking is very illegal so unfortunately the Commissar got involved in a terrible scandal when he inadvertently gave a hitchhiker a lift when he thought he was cruising for a ride. There's also serious debates about water in plastic bottles, complimenting fresh haircuts and rock, paper, scissors.
