The information in this episode and other ones is the fruit of our own studying and practice with hundreds of doctors. Even though we rely heavily on patient.info for researching our content but it should only be used for entertainment purposes and never to replace your own preparation.
It’s also important to declare that we are not related to the PLAB 2 OSCE examination in any formal shape, way, or form. The fees you pay for our services are solely for locking the free time of our doctors for your assistance based on common OSCE scenarios.
In this episode, I explore Vomiting during pregnancy and the signs to look for in a possible OSCE scenario. I also touch upon what to say to your patient, its effect on the baby, some of the most effective self-help measures you can tell your patient, and when admission is warranted.

In this episode, I am having the pleasure of hosting Dr. Elle who has just cleared her PLAB 2 after attending the UK Made Easy Online Academy. We delve into many things from why she decided to go with the PLAB pathway to what she now has to say to doctors embarking on their PLAB 2 journey.
We touch upon things like her impressions on exam roleplayers. Effect of your language efficiency on how well you could possibly do and how much time of serious dedicated practice you probably would need for being in a tip-top position on exam day.

In this episode, I delve into the definition of Clinical Governance as part of my preparation for anticipated medical interviews.
Clinical Governance is actually one of the things that you and I, as IMGs, can’t afford to walk into an interview for any NHS Trust without knowing what it stands for, why it is important, and what the seven pillars it’s based upon are.
So I have done the heavy lifting of reading about it and in this episode, I deliver a quick review of the most important things you need to know about Clinical Governance.

In this episode, I answer a question I received from one of our esteemed listeners and candidates. She sent me asking," Dr. Seif, my exam is in a week! How do you recommend I spend that time?”
I pondered this question and recalled my own experience. I still remember it vividly for the whole experience is carved into my memory. I ended up writing what looked like an essay and was inspired to further sum it up into SEVEN THINGS you should do in those last few days.
I am thinking since probably a whole lot of doctors are probably thinking the same thing; “how do I make the best use of those final days?”, I’m going to make it into an episode for everyone to listen to.
