This episode we dug deep about our personal encounters with bullying. Let's pay our respects to Tierra "Muffin" Perkins, a 13- year- old girl who took her life due to the bullying she endured on social media. May she rest in peace.

Encourage kids to speak to a trusted adult if they are bullied or see others being bullied. The adult can give comfort, support, and advice, even if they can’t solve the problem directly.
