Shame is a self-conscious emotion, and it can make you believe something is wrong with you. Shame is an emotion that is always present. In this episode, I will be discussing some of my uncomfortable moments of shame. I will be sharing how I am able to identify those triggers, how it makes me feel, and how long the shame can last. It is important we do not defend against shame but learn how to deal with it. It is time we tame the shame!!
