In this episode I talk about how to use the acronym REAL along with the three C's of Candidness to stop distraction, procrastination, and fear of people's opinions that keep you from reaching your goals.

Responsibility- Take responsibility for what you value. Ask yourself the question what do I value? The conviction of staying true to what you value gives you courage to follow through because it is hard to compromise on what you truly believe...no matter who's opinion you are afraid of.

Expectations- Creativity stops comparison. Ask yourself how are you utilizing your strengths? Understanding what you contribute to any situation helps you to stop comparing yourself to others and to what you expected it would turn out like. 

Alignment-  If your actions, behaviors, and choices align with your why then you are more likely to be in a state of rest instead of performance. Ask yourself why do I want to achieve x goal? Stay curious about your motives and be aware if they are internal or external. If your reason, or why, for pursuing a goal is internal, you will likely have a more compassionate definition of success.

Legacy mindset Who do you want to be remembered as. Set every goal with the intention that you are leaving something behind for the next generation.
