In this episode, I share an interview I did for the 30dayspeaker.com with Quan Nguyen. Quan is an author, high-performance coach, and public speaker that has trained many people around the globe. He teaches many subjects like human psychology, breath, meditation, and how to unleash your hidden potential. His mission is to elevate people by teaching them how to go within. He is the author of The Morning Hero: how heros starts their morning and take charge of their lives.
Let’s take a look at Quan’s acronym: H. E. R. O.
H: How you start your day is how you finish it. If you start your day with gratitude, it reflects on how the rest of your day carries on.
E: Engage with what’s important. Try to avoid social media or just your phone in general when starting your day. Start it with things that are important to you. Engage with self-love such as reading, being healthy, good relationships, etc.
R: Relight and Recharge. When you get burnt out, go to a place where you relax and keep going. It’s okay to take breaks and figure out what the next move is.
O: On to the next day. Just repeat. Be willing to execute, have patience, and perseverance along the way.
Tips on becoming a hero include: Writing in a gratitude journal, Making your bed when you wake up, telling yourself positive affirmations, writing down personal goals, etc.
