In Part 2 of our journey, we share our experience with 3 Shawn Bolz prophecies that shaped 10 years of our lives — and how God led us to discernment, truth, and spiritual clarity.

After years of chasing prophetic words without testing them, we finally understood the cost of unexamined faith — and what it truly means to bring everything back to God’s Word. From surrendering our business and plans to facing the reality behind these so-called “prophecies,” this episode is about learning, healing, and returning to truth.

In 2015, my husband and I received a public prophetic word from Shawn Bolz at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry that would shape the next decade of our lives. What felt like divine confirmation quickly turned into a long journey of chasing prophecy, building businesses on “words,” and mistaking spiritual validation for God’s actual voice.

In this episode, I share the full story behind that moment — the emotional high, the spiritual intoxication, the lack of prophetic testing, biblical accountability, and pastoral covering. I unpack how prophetic culture, social media, and church celebrity can subtly lead believers into building identity and purpose on external affirmation instead of personal revelation.

This is not about gossip or “exposing” for clicks. It’s about discernment, repentance, spiritual maturity, and learning to test prophecy by Scripture and fruit.
