March 19, 2020 is coming to an end. It was a mixed blessing of a day as Congress continues to squabble over a relief bill and we found lavendar scented toilet paper!

With the reality setting in that the Pandemic may last weeks if not months, more and more workers are being laid off and no one has a real vision.

Unions do. In the 30’s we organized the Unemployed and put pressure on the government to provide relief. We will need to do it again.

We are in the throws of a pandemic and I FaceTime with my oldest friend Brian where we talk about quantitive easing, tp not being available and where is the hand sanitizer!

This day is like a snow day in Portland, Oregon. Except that there is no snow and you are afraid that everyone you love will fall violently ill. But other then that...oh and the Stock Market fell 3,000 points but it is fine. Donald Trump tweeted and it went up a thousand points in stock futures so it is cool!

It is Sunday March 15,2020 and JP Morgan head Jamie Dimon said something that ticked me off. QE 4 goes off and futures are down 1,000 points.

Meanwhile I went to Taco Bell and Western Civilization is closed down for Spring Break!
