The four "secrets" to determination (not motivation) :

1. have a "why"

2. make it routine (morning is king)

3. be proud, but unsatisfied (appreciate your achievements)

4. be present (one thing at a time) (a workout can be for a set time - it will end)

"I think the reason people conventionally started talking about work-life balance is because the amount of work that needs to be done, regardless as to if you are working for someone else in a job or working for yourself, far exceeds the number of hours available to do them."
